HOURS: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Position Summary:

Cleaning of a business in the Cartersville/White area and overseeing 3 janitorial workers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Vacuum of offices and hallways per contract requirements.
  2. Sanitize and clean breakroom tables and counters.
  3. Spot clean breakroom after break times and lunch breaks.
  4. Thoroughly clean bathroom
  5. Empty trash.
  6. Cleaning other areas as assigned.
  7. Clean up unexpected spills by using universal precautions standards.
  8. Alert supervisor to any maintenance needs.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
  10. Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.

Experience and Skills:


  • Ability to work independently.
  • Dependable.

Special Skills/Abilities:

Interpersonal: Relate to a variety of clients and staff.

Written Communications: Ability to use basic writing skills to keep an inventory log.

Oral Communications: Ability to speak English

Equipment Ability to use floor buffer, vacuum and other janitorial equipment as needed.

Other Qualifications or Requirements:

Mental Effort: Ability to work independently and successfully coordinate the activities of the job.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ability to withstand strenuous activity. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions: Office, gaming and dining areas.

Visual Effort: Well-lighted office/warehouse environment requiring an average amount of visual effort.
