Position Summary:

This position is a key team player working in the business solutions area, operating forklifts and driving Tommy Nobis Center’s trucks as needed for product pick-up and delivery.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Timely delivery or pickup via company truck or van.
  2. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse setting.
  3. Complete production work in the warehouse as assigned.
  4. Load and unload truck or van as directed.
  5. Verify accuracy of units being picked up and/or delivered.
  6. Prepare shipping paperwork (bill of lading, etc.).
  7. Responsible for material handling, use of pallet jacks, wrapping pallets, stacking and secure loads on trucks.
  8. Update and maintain all required records, including, but not limited to: company logs, customer records etc.
  9. Maintain and document regular checks on vehicles and forklifts. Report malfunctions to management as soon as possible.
  10. Must maintain a good attendance and punctuality record.
  11. Responsible for compliance, or assistance in compliance, of all guidelines and requirements related to safety and security.
  12. Perform minor repairs and/or schedules repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
  13. Perform minor facilities repairs and/or schedules repairs as needed.
  14. Perform minor vehicle repairs (tire pressure, windshield wiper replacements, etc.) and/or schedules repairs as needed. Takes vehicles to service providers for more significant service / repair.
  15. Serve as fill-in supervisor in business solutions as needed.

Experience and Skills:


  • Mission driven, guided by core values and a pleasure to work with.
  • Requires ability to drive all company vehicles or operate machines or equipment.
  • Driver must be at least 18 years old and must have a valid driver’s license and must have a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Must pass drug screen and background check.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States




  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.




  • Two years commercial truck driving experience.
  • One-year experience on sit-down forklift.
  • One-year experience on stand-up forklift.


Other Qualifications:


  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to read a map and use GPS.

Ability to coordinate / prioritize assigned job tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time; ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds without assistance in loading and unloading the truck. Have a full range of motion in upper and lower body. Be able to reach overhead. Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Ability to climb in and out of the truck. Good hand dexterity. Good eye sight.
