Tommy Nobis Center is seeking a Part Time Recruiter, preferably bilingual, who will work on site at the headquarters location. The primary role of this position will be to identify, screen, select and refer individuals to the various training programs.

 

Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

  • The Recruiter will identify, screen, select and refer individuals to the various Tommy Nobis Center training programs.
  • The Recruiter will provide referrals for both employment and production work opportunities as well.
  • The Recruiter will work closely with TNC Placement Manager, Director of Programs and the Senior Manager of People and Culture to help identify and recruit individuals for training and employment opportunities, as well as market the programs.
  • The goal of the Recruiter is to continuously identify and select individuals to develop a pipeline of "ready to work" candidates to keep all training sites filled.
  • The Recruiter will create and maintain a database of interested/potential applicants to access for future training and placement opportunities, with a great amount of work being accomplished on the phone, internet and through social media avenues.

Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:

  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Supports workplace diversity
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • High "customer service orientation" in working with internal customers (employees).
  • Results oriented with ability to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills.

Experience:

  • Recruiting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
